Keynote Address

Maroš Šefčovič
EU Commissioner for Trade and Economic Security

Maroš Šefčovič is the European Commissioner for Trade and Economic Security, responsible for EU trade policy at a time of heightened geopolitical and economic uncertainty. He leads the EU’s global trade relations and free trade negotiations, working to strengthen competitiveness, ensure fair global competition and enhance Europe’s economic security, including more resilient supply chains and modern trade frameworks.

Bernd Lange
MEP (S&D), Chair, Committee on International Trade (INTA), European Parliament

Bernd Lange is a German Social Democratic Member of the European Parliament and one of the Parliament’s most experienced voices on international trade. He has chaired the European Parliament’s Committee on International Trade (INTA) for twelve years and has played a central role in shaping the EU’s trade policy and major trade agreements. He has been closely involved in the EU’s trade relations with key partners such as the United States, China and the United Kingdom, including serving as the Parliament’s lead rapporteur on the TTIP negotiations.

Jörgen Warborn
Member of the European Parliament (EPP)

Jörgen Warborn (M) is a Swedish Member of the European Parliament and serves on the European Parliament’s Committee on International Trade (INTA), where he is the European People’s Party (EPP) Group’s spokesperson and coordinator on trade policy. Since entering Parliament in 2019, he has focused on strengthening the EU’s global trade partnerships and promoting an open and competitive European trade policy. He has been actively engaged in discussions on reducing trade barriers and supporting the internationalisation of European businesses.

Rickard Gustafson
President & CEO, SKF

Rickard Gustafson is President and CEO of SKF, a global industrial company and world-leading supplier of bearings, seals, lubrication systems, mechatronics and related services, serving customers across industries such as manufacturing, automotive, energy and transportation. 

Prior to joining SKF, he served for ten years as President and CEO of SAS Group. Earlier in his career, he was President and CEO of Trygg-Hansa, one of Sweden’s leading insurance companies. He serves on several boards, including Telia Company and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.

Helena Hedblom
President & CEO, Epiroc

Helena Hedblom is President and CEO of Epiroc, a global industrial company providing equipment, solutions and services for mining and infrastructure. She has held this role since 2020. Her background includes senior leadership positions at Epiroc and Atlas Copco, with responsibility for mining and rock excavation technologies.

She is a Board Member of Wallenberg Investments AB and has been named one of Sweden’s most influential business leaders and received the IVA Gold Medal in 2025 for her contributions to the Swedish mining industry and the development of Epiroc.
